Zvandiri Factsheets

Client: Zvandiri (Zimbabwe) A series of 17 factsheets for use by community health workers with clients, primarily viewed on tablets but also available in print (also adapted into Shona and Ndebele). Zvandiri assures children, adolescents and young people living with HIV survive and thrive through a holistic model of clinic, community and digital services. Services are delivered by trained, mentored peers – Community Adolescent Treatment Supporters (CATS).
